Sponsorship Terms
Effective September 9, 2026.
Clear separation
Sponsored content is labeled SPONSORED, unnumbered and outside organic rankings. Payment cannot alter organic score, rank, LEFT UP totals, or ranking snapshots. Publication requires an eligible placement, a valid payment when checkout is enabled, independent approval, and an active publication window.
No guaranteed results
Sponsorship purchases the placement described for the applicable duration, not visits, conversions, endorsements, LEFT UPs, or organic rank. Prices, currency, duration and configuration are recorded for each order. Sponsor impressions and clicks are measured separately from organic engagement.
Sponsor responsibility
Sponsors must provide accurate identity, authorization, creative, and destination information and must have the rights needed to use submitted material. Left Up may reject, pause, or remove sponsorship that is misleading, unsafe, unlawful, incompatible with these standards, or inconsistent with the purchased placement. Any cancellation or refund terms presented at checkout or agreed for a sponsorship control that transaction, subject to applicable law.
Restricted advertising
Political advertising, paid bid ranking, and recurring pro products are not part of the current public offering. Paid placement never permits a sponsor to buy or influence the organic leaderboard.
