POLICY
Terms of Service
Effective September 9, 2026.
Independent service
Left Up is an independent discovery platform. Listings are not endorsements. Organic rankings reflect eligible activity under the published board rules, and sponsored placement is kept separate from organic ranking. No promise of rank, traffic, business results or continuous availability is made.
Your nominations
Nominate only public destinations or names in good faith. A nomination is a private suggestion for review, not a listing, endorsement, or promise of publication. Do not manipulate engagement, impersonate an entity, nominate malicious or unlawful material, or misrepresent an endorsement or relationship. Nominations and listings may be reviewed, corrected, dismissed, rejected, suspended, or removed to protect the service and its users.
Acceptable use
Do not automate abuse, evade rate limits, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape private information, or use Left Up to distribute malware, fraud, harassment, or deceptive content. We may block activity that threatens integrity, security, availability, or lawful operation.
Service changes
Features, ranking rules, eligibility standards, and availability may change as the service evolves. Material changes to public policies will be reflected on the site. Continued use after an updated policy becomes effective means you accept the updated terms to the extent permitted by law.
